We've made getting out of debt a priority in our lives. Just having this desire gives us the opportunity. For this, we are grateful. It's all too easy, however, to slip into our old ways of thinking and behaving. Our old spending patterns are all too fresh in our mind. We remember to take this opportunity – this juncture in our lives – to learn and to grow. If we're tempted to return to our old ways, we're going backward.Today I will remember that my old thinking and behaviors are a part of my history, not my future.
